I’m Jay Dubinsky. I build, I scale, and I lead. Over the last 20 years, I have founded companies, written production code, and steered Product and Customer Experience teams. This background gives me the judgment of a founder, the execution of a builder, and the customer intuition required to own outcomes from start to finish.

My work spans a unique range. I am just as comfortable debugging a Python migration as I am running a global customer success organization or designing an AI governance framework. These days, I focus on AI research and the practical implementation of open-weight systems. I love solving problems that sit at the intersection of technology and people.
