Who
The builder's execution,
the product manager's judgment.
I'm Jay Dubinsky. I bridge the gap between complex engineering and strategic business growth, leveraging two decades of experience leading product and customer teams to ship software that actually matters.

For 20 years I’ve worked where product, engineering, and customer outcomes meet, first leading the teams and increasingly writing the code. I’ve built and scaled customer success and product organizations, founded and operated companies (including through successful acquisitions), owned roadmaps and budgets, and carried real numbers: $50M+ in revenue generated, 380% customer-base growth in a single year, and a 97% CSAT or higher across every organization I’ve been with. That history isn’t a separate chapter from the building; it’s the reason the building lands exactly how it should. I know what a roadmap costs, what a support queue feels like at 2am, and what the definition of “done” actually means to the person paying for it.
Today I work full-stack and end to end, driven by product and customer experience. My recent projects (LLM.Info, an outreach CRM, and NRRV) are things I scoped, product planned, designed, and shipped to production. FastAPI services that own their data, Next.js front ends, Postgres, Redis, Meilisearch, moderation, scalable orchestrations and automation systems. I’m comfortable from the database migration to the design system, and I’d rather prove that with running software than a slide.
What I bring that’s harder to find: the judgment to decide what to build and the execution to actually build it, in one person. Fifteen years of leadership taught me to start from the customer and the business; a deeply comprehensive technical bench means I can take that all the way to delivery. That’s the work I’m truly passionate about, and the work I help others achieve.
